Welcome to SportE, a white-label booking and management platform operated by Weblabs ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SportE platform, including our website, applications, and related services.

By accessing or using SportE, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Nature of the Service

SportE provides a white-label booking and management platform designed for sports facilities, including but not limited to turfs, courts, arenas, and sports academies.

SportE enables facilities to:

• Offer online booking through a branded app and/or website
• Manage slots, availability, and scheduling
• Accept payments via integrated payment gateways
• Access booking analytics and customer data
• Automate booking confirmations and notifications

SportE is not a sports marketplace and does not list competing facilities within a shared platform unless explicitly stated.

3. Eligibility

To use SportE as a facility partner, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the authority to operate the sports facility
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations

4. Account Registration & Responsibilities

When registering for SportE:

• You agree to provide accurate information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

SportE is not liable for losses arising from compromised login credentials due to negligence.

5. Pricing & Payments

SportE operates under a flexible pricing model, which may include:

• No or minimal upfront setup fees
• Convenience fees charged per booking
• Commission-based charges
• Optional add-on services (such as digital marketing support)

All pricing details are communicated separately in onboarding agreements. Payment gateway processing fees, taxes, and statutory charges may apply.

6. Booking & Payment Processing

SportE integrates with third-party payment gateways. We do not directly hold or process funds unless otherwise specified.

Facility partners are responsible for:

• Honoring confirmed bookings
• Managing refunds according to their cancellation policies
• Ensuring accurate pricing and availability settings

SportE is not responsible for disputes between facilities and their customers.

7. Customer Data & Ownership

Facility partners retain ownership of their customer data collected through their branded platform.

SportE may process data solely for the purpose of providing the service and improving system performance, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Facility partners are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SportE for unlawful purposes
• Misrepresent facility information
• Manipulate booking records
• Interfere with platform functionality
• Attempt unauthorized access to system infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

9. Intellectual Property

All technology, software, system architecture, and proprietary materials related to SportE remain the intellectual property of Weblabs.

Facility partners may not:

• Reverse engineer the software
• Replicate platform functionality
• Resell or sublicense the software without written consent

Brand assets provided by the facility remain their property.

10. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, SportE does not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime
• Error-free operation
• Uninterrupted access

We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications without prior notice.

11. Optional Digital Marketing Support

SportE may offer optional digital marketing services via Weblabs.

Such services:

• Are not mandatory
• Are governed by separate agreements if availed
• Do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SportE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for revenue loss due to operational errors by facility partners
• We are not responsible for third-party payment gateway failures
• Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the facility in the preceding three (3) months

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Required payments remain outstanding

Facility partners may request termination subject to contractual obligations.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

• Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised effective date
• Continued use of SportE constitutes acceptance of updated Terms

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
